1. Eligibility

Children must be aged Under8, Under12, or Under16 to enrol in our cricket coaching programs.
Enrolment is subject to availability and the successful completion of the registration process only.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration must be completed via our official website: www.grasportuae.com/register.
Full payment of fees is required at the time of registration to confirm a place in the selected batch (Weekday or Weekend).

Weekday Batch: 3 sessions per week
Weekend Batch: 2 sessions per week
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as specified on our website.

Any applicable taxes or transaction fees must be borne by the participant.

3. Session Compensation Policy

A missed session can only be compensated if the child is unable to attend due to a medical reason, which must be supported by a valid medical certificate.
No compensation will be provided for nonmedical absences, vacations, or other personal reasons.
Compensation will be provided in the form of additional sessions, subject to availability, and will be arranged by the Academy during the period of your subscription only.

4. Health and Safety

Parents/guardians must ensure that their child is physically fit and in good health before participating in any training session.
Any preexisting medical conditions or injuries must be disclosed at the time of registration.
The Academy will not be responsible for any injuries sustained during training sessions unless they are the direct result of negligence by our staff.
Players must wear appropriate cricket gear and protective equipment during sessions.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Academy: In the event that a session is cancelled by the Academy, efforts will be made to reschedule the session or provide an alternative date.
Cancellation by Participant: No refunds will be provided for missed sessions unless they fall under the medical exception stated in Section 3.
Should a participant wish to withdraw from the program entirely, they must notify the Academy in writing at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled session to be eligible for a partial refund.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants and their guardians must adhere to the Academy’s Code of Conduct, which promotes respectful behavior, discipline, and fair play.
Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of the participant’s enrollment without a refund.

7. Privacy Policy

The Academy collects personal data during the registration process, including the child’s name, age, contact information, and medical history.
This data will be used solely for Academy purposes, such as managing registrations, providing services, and ensuring the safety of participants.
We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Photography and Media Release

By enrolling in the Academy, you grant us permission to take photographs or videos of your child during training sessions and Academy events.
These photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media channels, or other marketing materials.
If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing.

9. Use of Facilities and Equipment

Participants must treat the Academy’s facilities and equipment with care and respect.
Any damage to property or equipment caused by misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the participant and their guardian.
The Academy reserves the right to deny access to its facilities to any participant who breaches this policy.

10. Overseas Tours and Tournaments

The Academy organizes local tournaments and overseas tours as part of its comprehensive training programs.
Participation in tours or tournaments is subject to separate fees, terms, and conditions, which will be communicated in advance.
Participants must comply with the specific rules and guidelines applicable to the event or tour.

11. Online and Offline Support

The Academy provides online and offline support through our dedicated app for continuous learning and development.
The app offers resources for parents, players, and coaches, including training schedules, progress tracking, and communication tools.
Access to the app is subject to the Academy’s terms of use, which are provided upon registration.

12. Termination of Services

The Academy reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrollment for breach of these Terms and Conditions or any misconduct.
Upon termination, no refunds will be provided for unused sessions.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Academy, its coaches, and staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or participation in training sessions.
Our liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the applicable session or program.

14. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The Academy reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and email to all registered participants.
Continued participation in the program after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
